Bangladesh has now accomplished the dignity to grow to a substantial size as the country’s economy grows and purchasing power increases, with modern retail poised for a quantum jump. The sector faces significant challenges – skill gap, strategic direction, technology adaptation, policy implication – any of which can be the reason to stall the growth momentum.

To mitigate these challenges, Bangladesh Retail Congress 2018 will focus on developing skills and knowledge within present and future professionals and experts in the retail sector along with working on a strategy to ensure sustainable growth of the industry. To promote the sector with the right information to reach out to the policymakers, Bangladesh Retail Congress looks forward to developing knowledge sharing and skill developing platform along with sharing relevant data, information and analysis of the sector.
