Lalit has held Regional Leadership positions in Oracle as well as Unisys Corporation. In his last role, Lalit was Vice President at Oracle Corporation, leading their Public Sector and Education Business for Asia Pacific and Japan. In 2012, Lalit was identified as one of the top leadership talents within Global Industry Business Unit at Oracle Corporation, and participated in a custom program, “Leadership In Action”, designed to prepare high achieving talent for future leadership roles. Lalit joined Iclif in 2016 as Chief Marketing Officer, where he provides leadership to the overall sales and marketing strategy and execution.

Professor Wolcott is a Clinical Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Executive Education at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He serves on the Digital Advisory Board of ZF, the German global industrial enterprise, and H-Farm, the leading digital innovation ecosystem in Italy. Wolcott is also a managing partner with Clareo, a growth strategy consultancy serving senior executives at global corporations such as Exelon, BHP Billiton, Castrol, Johnson Controls, Owens Corning and others.
Wolcott is a regular contributor to Forbes regarding the impact of technology change on business, leadership and society. His book with Dr. Michael Lippitz, Grow From Within: Mastering Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation (McGraw-Hill, 2010) shares a decade of research. Wolcott's work has appeared in MIT Sloan Management Review, strategy+business, The Harvard Business Review, TheHill.com, Quartz.com, The Wall Street Journal, Advertising Age, Business Week, The Financial Times (European Edition), The New York Times and numerous overseas publications.
In 2003, Wolcott founded the Kellogg Innovation Network (KIN), a network of senior executives dedicated to driving sustainable innovation.

Mir is a Principal at BCG's Kuala Lumpur office. He is a core member of the firm's Strategy, Public Sector and Energy Practices. His work at BCG has ranged from crafting industry blueprints and trade agreements to engineering optimal market structures and designing policies to reduce market volatility. He has advised clients across Asia-Pacific and the Americas.
In his past life, Mir was a business school professor at UVA-Darden, where he taught the core MBA sequence in Economics and also Executive Education classes on Financial Access. He has four economics degrees, including a PhD from Yale and a first degree from LSE where he was a CS MacTaggart Prizewinner as a top-three student across the school.

Namrata Dubashi is a Partner with McKinsey & Company’s India office, affiliated to Digital McKinsey, with a focus on strategy, growth and technology, spanning private enterprises, family-owned businesses and the public sector. She is based in Kolkata and spearheads McKinsey’s presence in Eastern India and Bangladesh. She is a post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and has been a software engineer with Infosys Technologies Ltd.
