The Governor of Bangladesh Bank, Dr. Atiur Rahman, distributed certificates to the participants at the end of the workshop. The curriculum of the program included group dynamics, strategic thinking, understanding the distinction between leadership and authority, tools for diagnosing problems and mobilizing resources to make progress on tough organizational challenges, and techniques for leading change in a social system. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8220;The vision of ILC is to transform the quality of leadership in Bangladesh by delivering world-class leadership training to decision-makers and emerging C-suite executives across multiple sectors. Through our experiential curriculum, we aim to develop our clients&#8217; intellectual understanding of adaptive leadership as well as their capacity to act decisively to deliver results for their organization&#8221;, said Ejaj Ahmad at the certificate giving program.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">In his remarks, Dr. Rahman said, &#8220;I congratulate Ejaj Ahmad for facilitating this engaging workshop which has challenged the mindset of our senior officers and introduced them to new concepts and tools for the practice of adaptive leadership. Bangladesh Bank is committed to leading by example and moving forward we hope to continue more such training to improve the quality of leadership in our organization.
