Yet to go into mass production, this latest development is estimated to improve power saving attributes and higher speeds for future electric vehicles, AI etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the joint announcement, they have been able to unlock a set of new materials which can be used to create two dimensional transistors.
