An initiative of Bangladesh Brand Forum, Digital Marketing Award 2021 was presented by Meghna Group of Industries and in association with The Business Standard. The award gala was attended by more than 500 digital marketing enthusiasts. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>The widely sought-after Digital Marketing Award is the only accolade for digital works in Bangladesh. This year, more than 1000 nominations were submitted for the award. Among these 474 campaigns got shortlisted by nine jury panels and 125 were selected as the ultimate winners by nine grand jury sessions of the accolade.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bbf.digital\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/5th-Digital-Marketing-Award-2021-1906x2008.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16734 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/bbf.digital\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/5th-Digital-Marketing-Award-2021-285x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"285\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s Digital Marketing Award had 125 winners across 18 distinct categories in four ranks. There were 15 Gold, 46 Silver, 64 Bronze award recipients, this year there were no Grand Prix recipients in the accolade\u2019s 5<sup>th<\/sup> iteration.<\/p>\n<p>In her welcome speech Ms. Nazia Andaleeb Preema, Director, Bangladesh Brand Forum mentioned, \u201cin the era of dual existence of digital and physical dimensions we need to activate our human emotions more, and to unlock the next era of innovation and possibilities our digital strategies should be aligned.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bbf.digital\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/8th-Digital-Summit-2021-PR-1954x1587.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16735 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/bbf.digital\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/8th-Digital-Summit-2021-PR-300x244.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"244\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The 5th Digital Marketing Award 2020 was also preceded by the 8<sup>th<\/sup> Digital Summit. Initiated in 2014 by Bangladesh Brand Forum, the Digital Summit is the apex platform for the country&#8217;s digital marketers. This year\u2019s summit was attended by more than 400 professionals. The theme for the summit was \u201c<strong>Future Proofing Digital Strategy<\/strong>\u201d. The aim of the summit was to disseminate the knowledge of enhanced methods of acquisition and intelligent marketing and in the ever-evolving market how they can future proof their strategies in the ever-changing market.<\/p>\n<p>The summit consisted of 6 Keynote Sessions, 4 Panel Discussions, 3 Insight Sessions, 2 Case Studies, and the speakers joined from different regions of the world and shared knowledge. Alongside, there were notable local experts who discussed multiple topics.<\/p>\n<p>Shariful Islam, Founder &amp; Director of Bangladesh Brand Forum gave the Welcome Note of the summit and stressed that a brand must look beyond mere numbers. He urged all the companies who are coming up with digital strategies for their clients to bring the lens of people, community and Bangladesh as a whole on board.
