Living up to this reputation Akij Tableware has launched one of its kind \u201cThe Art of Plating”\u00a0 contest; to crown the winners of that contest Akij Tableware organized \u201cThe Art of Plating Gala Event ” on 3rd September, 2022 in Radisson Blu Watergarden, Dhaka.<\/span><\/p>\n

A competition called “The Art of Plating” was held for the nation’s culinary enthusiasts. They had a one-of-a-kind chance to demonstrate their plating prowess to the world. In keeping with the brand’s motto, “Bring out the best,” and the brand’s tonality, the goal was to forge a strong connection between beauty and food. \u201cThe Art of Plating Gala Event\u201d has brought the participants, winners, brilliant chefs, and judges under the same roof. In this event,\u00a0 Mr. Mohammod Khourshed Alam, Director, Sales & Marketing of Akij Tableware has explained that \u201cCooking demands a grasp of connections and harmonies, just like composing music or poetry does\u201d. Later on\u00a0 Mr. Sk. Bashir Uddin, Managing Director, Akij Group has shared his insight on Akij Tableware\u2019s greatest initiative \u201cThe Art of Plating\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In \u201cThe Art of Plating Gala Event\u201d Chef Nadim Sarker came as a judge and he expressed that it was very tough for him to select a winner because each of the participants was brilliant with their culinary skills. Saria Saguaro, Chef & Artist has attended the event as a guest, along with ATM Ahmed Hossain, Master Trainer (F&B) Regency Hospitality Institute; both of them have shared their vision on the importance of plating.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Akij Tableware has revealed the names of 3 winners in the Gala Event, based on their overall culinary skills. Apart from the winners, the top 10 contestants received awards from Akij Officials in recognition of their outstanding contributions. At the conclusion of the event, Mr. Mohammod Khourshed Alam, Director, Sales & Marketing of Akij Tableware, announced that in the coming year, Akij Tableware will expand “The Art of Plating” significantly.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
