Anwar Touheed, Head-Mortgage &amp; Auto Retail Banking, Standard Chartered Bank and Azharul Islam, CEO, Ace Autos Ltd, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations at the Haval showroom in Dhaka on October 2.
