The grand gala event took place at, Le M\u00e9ridien Dhaka on December 12, 2024, bringing together the country\u2019s finest corporate minds.<\/p>\n<p>The Bangladesh C-Suite Awards 2024 honored 22 winners across 24 categories, showcasing the breadth and depth of leadership in Bangladesh.<\/p>\n<p>This year, 87 nominations from 33 organizations were submitted, reflecting the diverse and dynamic nature of Bangladesh\u2019s corporate sector. A distinguished advisory board comprising the nation\u2019s leading experts meticulously reviewed the submissions, ensuring that only the most deserving individuals were recognized. The awards highlighted the dedication, innovation, and resilience of corporate leaders in both the corporate and development sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Bangladesh C-Suite Awards 2024 was preceded by Bangladesh Brand Forum\u2019s flagship initiative, the 8th Leadership Summit. The Leadership Summit 2024 explored the theme &#8220;Innovate, Inspire, Lead: The Path to 5x Growth&#8221;, underscoring the importance of strategic innovation in driving exponential growth.<\/p>\n<p>Opening the summit, Shariful Islam, Founder &amp; Managing Director, Bangladesh Brand Forum, said, \u201cIn today\u2019s fast-changing world, innovation and leadership are not just aspirations but necessities. The Leadership Summit and C-Suite Awards 2024 celebrate the bold visionaries who drive exponential growth and create value in our economy. Through this platform, we aim to honour those at the forefront of change while inspiring the next generation of leaders. Together, let us embrace innovation, lead with integrity, and carve out a path for sustainable and transformative growth for our organizations and our nation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The summit featured two keynote sessions and one panel discussion, where experts and leaders shared insights and strategies to inspire the next wave of leadership.<\/p>\n<p>The first keynote session was conducted by Pasha Mahmood, Professor at the National University of Singapore. The panel discussion, titled \u201cBusiness 5X: Unlocking Exponential Growth Opportunities\u201d, was moderated by Shehzad Munim, Independent Director, Linde Bangladesh Limited, and Mentor, Leadership Academy. Panelists included Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director &amp; CEO, Mutual Trust Bank PLC; Abdullah Hil Rakib, Managing Director, Team Group; Hasan Zafar Chowdhury, Chief Operating Officer, Bangladesh Steel Re-Rolling Mills Ltd.; and Munawar Misbah Moin, Group Director, Rahimafrooz Bangladesh Ltd. The second keynote session was delivered by Terry (Tarin) Anwar, President &amp; CEO, Jay Gaines &amp; Company.<\/p>\n<p>The summit brought together a diverse group of industry leaders and experts, both local and international, who generously shared their expertise, insights, and experiences. Through the sessions, the summit provided a comprehensive platform for dialogue. With a clear vision at its core, the speakers delved into pressing and multifaceted topics, including the challenges and opportunities of leadership, fostering sustainable business growth, enhancing corporate governance, and shaping organizational culture.
