The upper echelon of Bangladeshi society now doesn’t just want their weddings to be confined within a community center. This trend is very much evident if someone looks at the changing tastes of engagement rings<\/a> and increasing rate of renting five star hotel & resorts. The reason is people want more than just a big dinner with fancy dresses & looking good in front of the cameras. They want to gain more experiences out of this holy matrimony.<\/span><\/p>\n

This elegance in wedding ceremonies is not unfamiliar in foreign countries and also in some of our neighbouring countries. For example, those who wish to have a beach wedding in Australia often rent rooms at The Lady Bay Resort (interested parties who want to contact them can search for hotels warrnambool<\/a> on the Internet to find their website) or similar places. They invite close friends and family to share those few days. It creates an environment for people to make these few days much more memorable. <\/span><\/p>\n

So there are some elements for a hotel\/resort for being able to host a wedding ceremony. People often get confused on selecting the venues. The reason is they don’t understand on the aspects that make a venue ideal for hosting a Wedding. <\/span><\/p>\n

I had been to such a kind of wedding recently. This wedding was absolutely flawless. They had all the aspects right which made it simply perfect. When I differentiated the wedding to find out the reason of its elegance, I found the following things.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Escape from Dhaka: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Both the families were from Dhaka but their wedding was not in Dhaka. They picked a place which was Cosmopolitan & also had the soft touch of nature. The wedding was held in Chittagong. The close by hill tracts and sea-beach made it quite feasible for the cousin gangs to be able to take a mini tour within the tour. Apart from that the city was much more reserved from Dhaka. That is it had less noises, less traffic Jam pretty much less of all the negative things Dhaka has. To me it seemed like in Bangladesh Chittagong is the closest you could possibly get to have a wedding associated with nature & also have all the modern etiquettes.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. State of the art Venue<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Venue was the next piece of a perfect cake of the wedding. They held their wedding at Radisson Blu Chittagong Bay View. The hotel is situated at the hub of the city close to the Chittagong club. From the hotel it was just a 10 min ride to any of the local attractions. So we always had our options open if we ever got bored. <\/span><\/p>\n

3. Never Ending Chill: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The amenities this hotel had accorded us kept us hyped all the time. They had world class swimming pool, spas, Tennis court, Fitness center, Fast internet service and game rooms. One could literally find all recreational things there is to find. The venue had two colossal halls called MEZBAAN BALLROOM & MOHONA BALLROOM. Each of these Ballrooms can afford up to 720 people. <\/span><\/p>\n

4. Justice to the Cravings: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

At the end of the day one simple fact differentiates a good wedding experience from a bad. That is if the food was a justice to our cravings. In the Radissan Blu Bay we had a buffet that was simply top notch. The high quality deserts also complimented well along the main meal. <\/span><\/p>\n

The hotel put a lot of effort to present you the best meal in town. They have a wide array of exquisite cuisines consisting of Mediterranean, Asian and Bangladeshi specialties.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Breathtaking Views: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

When people in foreign countries get married in a hotel or a resort, they usually take a place with an excellent. It is usually because they want to wake up to a beautiful view every morning or enjoy the sunset with their loved ones. <\/span><\/p>\n

In Bangladesh you shall find no shortage of natural views. Rather the thing which falls short is the accommodation or the lodging for people to actually assess the view. This is where Radisson Blu View comes and set them apart. During those few days at the Radisson for the wedding I witnessed some breath taking views of the hill tracts & the Chittagong bay every time I looked outside the window. It looks more beautiful in the late afternoon when the sun basks the hill tracts. It’s delight to one’s eyes. They even have a place dedicated for giving people sunset views. It’s called Baikal Bar. People get to unwind with a spectacular view of the sunset as they enjoy Refreshing drinks and live music. <\/span><\/p>\n

The changes of trends in wedding celebration are very much evident. There will be increase of opportunities for Hotels and resorts. Hotels and resorts should be apt enough to grab this opportunity.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
