Bangladesh is the 56th country to join the walk and the 72nd city in the world to conduct this walk in 2015. We got 55 women participants joining us from the following 15 forward looking organizations – Microsoft, Sanofi, Accenture, H&M, Marks & Spencer, Lafarge, Robi Axiata, Standard Chartered Bank, Hellenic International, Asia Foundation, Tex International, Li & Fung, Bitopi Advertising and Perfetti. Some organizations who couldn’t make it to the walk though they had signed up were BAT and Unilever. Hotel Ascot Palace Baridhara was the venue for the event.
