READY TO RESPOND

We are at the very core of cognitive reality and revolution. Although it’s an outbreak of robotics and AI (Artificial Intelligence), the challenge will be to immerse with empathy and emotional intelligence, even though this might sound clichéd. However, if we observe, the disconnect between real and surreal, it seems quite scary and yet we need to rise above to think differently. Think of innovation as a mode of action in these transforming times. The component of ‘I’ need to be shifted to ‘we’. Creating that ‘we’ is the key challenge to merge these equations of diverse dimension. The fourth industrial revolution is fundamentally disrupting the way we think, work and interact with each other and, in it, culture and creativity can be one of the major tool and power agent toward development. Blending culture with creativity would offer the new eco-system to develop sustainable goal of 4th Industrial revolution. The new technological revolution is breaking the barriers of being one. It’s suggested indication is to learn and to grow to transform as the digital innovation is the only dimension that would determine our vision, purpose and goal. Technology and humanity can be synergistically together to build a strong powerful bridge and bond. So are we prepared and ready to respond?
Through technology we are a global nation and we hardly could feel the geometric division in virtual space. But the cultural diversity is very much present in out interactions or collaborations. To create a harmonic eco-system we need to learn to be diverse in application through algorithm. Optimizing our brain, we incorporate data analysis, and big data to create content that is more visual than ever before. What we see is what we believe, as humans are at the centre of everything we do, from user-centred design interfaces to having the ethical oversight necessary to verify data. The rise of online platforms has created a boom in digital entertainment and storytelling, which are key to the human experience. AI is not writing the scripts to our favorite television shows, but people are. We’re just watching them on new platforms. People are the format of AI. So humans need to decode themselves as an algorithm. They transfer their emotion in pixels, whilst pixels gain emotions as dots. It might sound abstract but the whole abstract concept contains lots of stories in between as a whole universe. To perceive the eternal cause and effect will be the language of digital communication.
BEING ORGANIC AND AESTHETIC
Digital era of today challenges organizations, not only to follow the technological trajectories, developing new technological solutions and adopting the latest disruptive technology, but also importantly to become creative and resilient organic systems. The systems that are open to changes and keen to experiment and innovate continuously. For this, organizations need to shape a creative environment in which technology and creativity are fully integrated and intertwined. This can be achieved by integrating the emotional and aesthetic aspects of an organization with the technical and rational dimensions distinguishing the technology.
Giving back to the world, to nature, and to environment would be the king of all courses. Being organic and fluid is the key component of being aesthetic. Organizations need to behave in an aesthetic manner, which is empathy, artsy and adaptable. Nonetheless, the approach to achieving knowledge is by engaging in teaching and learning in the language of algorithm, which is highly necessary. Algorithm of accurate and perfect blend of the technology, knowledge and culture altogether is an innovation to this growing revolution. Creating the unknown territory without any boundaries needs lots of integration. Without the knowledge of science and arts together, the organization will suffer and sustainable goal will not be achievable. Empathetic use of technology would make it easier but the culture would be its capital. Capitalism is a hoax, and how to break the code of the community would be crucial. Friendly companionship would suggest the new bond among the organizations. It’s a new method-marriage to shape up a new world of collaboration. We have to create a new world with new thoughts of learning and friendship, a new school of one global thought of culture.
LEARNING AND LEADERSHIP
The dream to create a clone with lots of different brains was a fantasy, not anymore. How would it be possible without an entrepreneurial generation. There would be no family without a strategical administration. A smart thinking is highly required for the higher society, where hierarchy has no meaning but one community like family is to cherish to develop a bond of unbound growth of thoughts and unlimited possibility. It’s only possible if the leaders can guide the generation in a consistent freeway. Creating free fall is a being free from all hesitation to enter a new dimension to discover the unknown horizon as the 4th industrial revolution is knocking at our door. We should create the eco-system of cross disciplinary learning, collaboration and the creation of new art and new ideas in the spaces in between. We need to omit the gap between the real and unreal to realize the true meaning of being in between.
Globalization is not easy to understand. It is a critical philosophical discourse that happens with mathematical analysis to understand the accurate volume of being global. There can be no vague term, false law, unfair means, and there should always be an algorithm to calculate the velocity of design discipline.
ART IS ESSENTIAL
Art is not only an emotion. It is the technology, it is imagination, it is the law of attraction. Without the law of attraction it cannot create the result. It could be the absolute contrast but the connection would determine the perpetual result that we are looking for. Creating and sustaining routes of access is vitally important and all young people should have arts as an integral element of their education just like sport and physical education.
As artists, we need to think about how we can make small grammatical moments like words, a piece of cloth like a musical note into longer structures like a line or phrase (example artist Wassily Kandinsky), into more complete shapes. Artists, after all, are all architects in some way of their own future and of our shared future. They imagine from their deeper sense of notion that connects all objects in the subconscious of our mind.
Art is essential for our shared future and especially in these challenging times of change to embrace the strength. Those of us working in the arts and arts education know that. But many schools, authorities, and governments the world over have forgotten what the Western Eastern, and African cultures knew thousands of years ago that artistic education is not simply a luxury, but an essential element for a healthy society. It’s not for a particular class rather everybody to embody art. As art is the only language that is a real metaphor; a metaphor is a great symbol that encourages fluidity of mind. The intentions are the motif and the metaphors are the meaning under the actual context of the perpetual world. The negotiation between world and human will be to mitigate in the marriage of the brain and heart. Love and critical thinking is the pure form of science and arts. It was never separated rather entangled in one another. That’s where the challenge lies; the challenge of reinvention, vision, innovation and sustainable world. Artists creating stories that have been transferred into visual transcripts. Creating entertainment through art has become a global phenomenon. Everyone now is an artist. So to mentor them we need 4IR (4th Industrial Revolution) through data transformation. Human DNA is an algorithm that we hardly realize. We are a small dot in big space ship, called earth. Through 4IR, we shall incorporate arts and humanities.
Arts from an instrumental point of view can be considered as aesthetic technologies, i.e. art forms and/or artistry that are instrumentally used in order to deal with or solve a business/organizational issues. This means that from a practical point of view in order to manage organizational aesthetic dimensions artistic projects and practices can be adopted by organizations. Through the arts it is possible to foster people’s aesthetic experiences and manipulate the aesthetic properties of an organization’s infrastructure. This, in turn, supports managers in handling the organization’s emotive, energetic, ethical, and experiential features and to integrate these dimensions with the organizations’ rational-based assets and technology grounding the working mechanisms of business processes.
DITCH THE SHAPE
Across the globe, constrain, competing priorities and separation always risks us as a community to shift our focus away from the essential integration which is critical in the longer term. We, the art community should be a part of the whole solution. I should not be alienated from the global crisis as a non-existing reality. We (artist and art leaders, organizations) should be a prolific part of the solution and integrated part of innovation. From my own experience and experimentation, I realized the face of artist being a creative and entrepreneurial generation could do some amazing things together. It would be fun, innovative, scientific, artistic and also holistic to rise above this fundamental notion of this died down world. To re-build our future we need to be reflective on our responsibility toward creative and cultural industries and heritage sectors. Through question, resist, review, we can reshape our community by creative leadership. It is our core duty to reimagine the future through partnership, which will create a sustainable eco-system. The meaning lies beneath the surface. It is the time to ditch the shape, take off the skin, be new and be with no fundamental shape.
