Women in Leadership (WIL) is organizing a special session with Ms. Ripa Rashid, Executive VP at the Center for Talent Innovation and Managing Partner for Hewlett Consulting Partners, New York. Ms. Rashid is an internationally recognized subject matter expert on gender, global leadership and next generation talent strategies.

Exclusively for the invited guests, this special session is a part of the dialogue under ‘Women in Leadership’ to inspire and facilitate female professionals to reach their potential. Ms. Rashid in addition to sharing her views on the topic based on her vast experience to lead gender diversity projects in some of the leading companies of the world will also moderate a dialogue with the audience to identify the key barriers and issues which inhibit the rise of female professionals in Bangladesh.
