The virtual platform called the “Airtel Online Experience Center” is the first of its kind across the telecommunication industry and first time ever for Bangladesh. Online Airtel Experience Center is a 3D animated online portal that can be accessed through the website of Airtel Bangladesh Limited (www.bd.airtel.com). Online Airtel Experience Center through its innovative user interface and animated graphics has created a virtual world where users can easily manoeuvre and experience real life customer service.It is a one stop solution for Airtel customers in the virtual platform where they can avail any service that they could have enjoyed from a physical experience center. Anybody can access this portal from anywhere anytime from their computer through internet.

The use of Online Airtel Experience Center is seamless and intuitive and requires the first time customers to create a profile to access the portal. Customers can navigate by using keyboard keys and mouse.

Through Online Airtel Experience Center, prepaid and post-paid customers can get Bill and Recharge Information, make payments and recharge online, activate or deactivate 3G Mobile Internet, get device feature description, handset internet configurations and packages and tariff information.
