The ongoing global pandemic may have garnered all our attention but the world is constantly being reminded of its previous turmoil’s which are far from being resolved.
If anything, COVID-19 demonstrated how unprepared our systems are globally for a looming evident crisis. People who have been championing for climate change and zero carbon emissions have been the first to connect the dots.
Regardless of the eminent shadow the ensuing pandemic has cast over us we simply cannot afford to not pay heed to our environmental issues and broader sustainable agenda. Climate action is not only critical for the coming decades but also significant for transitioning to a lower-carbon future can drive job creation. Economic and environmental resiliency simply go hand in hand.
