The past year had been marked with adversity and the evolution of brands to face the challenge head on. Consumers wanted greater connection with brands during the pandemic, and the most loved brands of the country delivered on their promises and catered to the consumers hearts and mindshare.
The Best Brand Award 2020 identified the most loved brands of last year and recognized their efforts to connect with consumers. For 2020, a total of 105 brands were recognized and the best brands were selected in 37 categories and the overall top 15 brands of the country were also recognized.
To inspire the brands of the country, Bangladesh Brand Forum has been honoring the most loved brands through Best Brand Award for the last 12 years. The objective of the Best Brand Award is to demonstrate and celebrate the success of the brands, achieved through tough and effortful initiatives.
Best Brand Award started its journey with Nielsen Bangladesh in 2008 based on a global model (Winning BrandsTM) done through a direct consumer survey of 7600 consumers across the country which included self-administrated reviews.
