AI can also aid in resolving urgent problems like energy use and climate change. AI algorithms may be used to optimise energy use, spot energy waste, and boost efficiency. This can facilitate the switch to renewable energy sources and lower carbon emissions. AI may also help with disaster relief operations by forecasting natural disasters and assisting first responders with better resource management.

Gebru’s resignation from Google serves as a reminder of the possible risks connected to the creation and application of AI. Companies need to be ready to take action to reduce the dangers associated with and take the ethical problems surrounding AI development seriously.
