Bangladesh Brand Forum (BBF) has officially launched today the 4th edition of the Bangladesh C-Suite Awards 2025, one of its flagship initiatives dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the exceptional leadership of the country’s top business executives. The accolade honors visionary leaders who drive transformation, inspire teams, and lead organizations toward sustainable growth and global competitiveness.

The nomination submission for the Bangladesh C-Suite Awards 2025 is now open and will continue until 30 November 2025.
This year’s edition continues to spotlight executives who exemplify integrity, excellence, innovation, and inclusivity while shaping Bangladesh’s evolving business landscape. The initiative celebrates leaders who are not only driving financial growth but also embedding ethical values, sustainability, and innovation into the heart of their organizations.

The Bangladesh C-Suite Awards 2025 features 23 distinct categories acknowledging leadership excellence across industries and functions. These include CEO/Managing Director of the Year across key sectors such as FMCG, Financial Institutions, RMG, Tech, NGO/Development, and Startups, along with recognitions based on business revenue size. The platform also honors outstanding leadership across key functions, including finance, marketing, human resources, technology, supply chain, digital innovation, operations, and entrepreneurship.

Nominees will be assessed through a comprehensive multi-stage evaluation combining professional auditing and expert review. A distinguished Advisory Board comprising eminent business leaders will oversee the selection process, while a Professional Audit Board will ensure transparency and credibility. Assessment will be based on eight key criteria: professionalism, leadership and role model impact, financial performance, measurable success and inclusivity, stakeholder management, risk management, innovation, and external accolades.

Eligible nominees include C-Suite Executives, Managing Directors, and Entrepreneurs from local companies, multinational corporations, NGOs, startups, and privately owned organizations in Bangladesh. Executives from government institutions or religious organizations are not eligible. Nominees must represent organizations affiliated with recognized trade and industry bodies such as FBCCI, BGMEA, FICCI, BKMEA, MCCI, BASIS, DCCI, CCCI, SCCI, or international trade associations, including AmCham, ICMAB, ICAB, ECAB, or Startup Bangladesh.
