It is a regular phenomenon that women professionals drop out after pursuing their career to a reasonable level yet it is no secret that a greater presence of women in organizations bring great benefits – broadening the range of perspectives in the decision making process, stimulating critical thinking and creativity thus heightening results.

The objective of ‘Women of Excellence’ is to prepare aspiring and emerging women professionals, young graduates, junior executives, First Time Managers, Team Leaders, Departmental Heads and entrepreneurs for the future.

An initiative of Women in Leadership, Women of Excellence will help the participants to develop themselves as true professionals and leaders without giving up on the human side and developing the beauty of being skilled. The daylong session is the blend between ‘life skills and life styles’ – empowering oneself to live as a Personal, Professional, Social and Spiritual individual – The Purposeful Being.

The session shall enable women professionals to grow, gain skill sets, competencies, interact with senior leaders and broaden their network.
