Grameenphone introduces portable 4G LTE WiFi Router

Grameenphone has introduced a new pocket router that enables 4G mobile data access for homes, retail stores, SMEs, and offices across Bangladesh.

The telecom company has launched the product to address the growing need for home office and remote working solutions amid the novel coronavirus outbreak in the country.

Mohammad Sajjad Hasib, chief marketing officer of Grameenphone, said, “Grameenphone always thrives on connecting customers to what matters most while continuously exploring new ways of bringing in value and convenience.”

The best part of the device is that multiple users will get access simultaneously coupled with the Grameenphone’s widest 4G coverage at the remotest corners, reads a press release issued by the telecom giant today.

“I truly believe this device will enable us to move our digital Bangladesh ambitions,” said Sajjad.

With a sleek design, the MF927U supports data downlink of 150 per second, and 50 for uplink, delivering high-speed mobile internet access for up to 10 users simultaneously.

With a streamlined white chassis and 4 LED indicator lights, the MF927U is a stylish addition to all desks and settings. The router WiFi is 802.11 b/g/n 2X2.

MF927U technology enables 300Mbps data and offers USB ports to help users share data conveniently.

The portable router is an easy-to-carry device with a size of 78x78x14.5mm only.

Its 2,000mAh battery can last up to 8 hours, allowing users to enjoy high-speed network services at any time and place.

The price of the router is 2,999Tk and will come with the warranty for two years.
