The family reality game show ‘Konka Shera Poribar Season 2’ is all set to resume courtesy of the country’s leading consumer electronics and home appliance brand ‘Konka’.
As the first season got a great response from the audience, the company is bringing the new season of the competition.
The new season includes puzzles, brain teasers, fun games, celebrity appearances, cooking competitions and much more.
On Sunday, the launch of the new season was officially announced at a press conference at the ‘Synergy 3’ hall of the Holiday Inn Dhaka City Center in Dhaka.
The event was attended by Mohammad Nurul Afsar, Deputy Managing Director of Electro Mart Ltd., an authorized distributor, producer and marketer of ‘Konka’ products in Bangladesh, General Manager-Sales and Marketing Mahmudun Nabi Chowdhury, National Sales Manager-Retail Operations Md. Jul Haque Hussain, Advertising agency Mediacom Limited’s Chief Executive Officer Ajay Kumar Kundu, Director of Broadcasting Company NTV Ashfaq Uddin Ahmed and all the officials of related organizations.
General Manager-Sales and Marketing of Electro Mart Limited Mahmudun Nabi Chowdhury gave a welcome speech at the press conference.
In his speech, he gave everyone an idea about the overall trajectory of the ‘Konka’ brand, the future direction.
After that, Ashfaq Uddin Ahmed, director of NTV, gave a greeting on behalf of the broadcasting organization NTV.
Ajay Kumar Kundu, chief executive officer of Mediacom Limited then spoke about the basic issues of event planning.
Finally, Deputy Managing Director of Electro Mart Limited Mohammad Nurul Afsar shared the idea behind bringing ‘Konka Shera Poribar Season 2’ with the journalist friends present.
He said: “In the first season of Kanka Shera Poribar, we noticed huge interest from the audience. This served as another season planning influencer. Apart from this, while doing the first season of this show last year, we have seen that such shows play a very good role in strengthening family bonds. So I want to organize such events regularly.”
After Nurul Afsar’s speech, the official opening and theme song of season 2 was performed.
The officials concerned then briefed the journalists present about the rules of participation in the event and the format of the competition.
Registration for ‘Konka Shera Poribar Season 2’ starts on 20 August 2023 will continue till September 20.
