“Leisure Kaalmegh Villa and Club” has brought these wonderful colors of imagination to reality. On 25 March (Friday), 2016, in a humble ceremony keys were handed over to five bungalow owners of the project. Through this, “Leisure Kaalmegh Villa and Country Club” had a big leap ahead.
The concept of country club in Bangladesh is completely new. It’s actually a club house of 30,000 sq. ft., with all the world-class facilities such as Olympic sized Swimming Pool, Helipad, Thai Spa, Steam, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Gym, Kids’ Zone, Movie Theater, Library, Cafe, Restaurant, Playing Field, Lake, Tennis Court and Convention Hall. However, the best part is all of these have been located in the midst of natural beauty within the forest.
“Leisure Kaalmegh Villa and Country Club” project has been implemented over the area of 52 Bigha that is completely surrounded by protective boundary. Leisure Bangladesh Limited, who has implemented the project, has already won “Asia-Pacific Property Award” from UK and “Bangladesh Brand Forum Award”. Complete surveillance and uninterrupted power supply has already been ensured in this project.
In the key handover ceremony; Honorable Chairman of Leisure Bangladesh Limited Mr. Omar Sadat, Honorable Managing Director Mrs. SarwatSiraj, Head of Marketing Mrs. Ayesha Siddiqua were present among the others.
Renowned poet, lyricist, movie director of the subcontinent Gulzar and renowned singer, actor & director Amit Kumar astonished the crowd with their presence and performance.
