With help from experts stationed at the store, Google claims to help customers get the most out of their Google devices- from troubleshooting issues to fixing cracked phone screens. According to them, this is an important next step towards their hardware journey of providing an improved customer experience.

Google has also hinted towards having a variety of immersive ways that visitors will be able to experience once their doors open in the upcoming months. They have also made their stand clear on social distancing by making masks mandatory in the store for everyone.
