Singapore Airlines is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Gabriel Png as General Manager Bangladesh, with effect from 27 March 2016. He takes over from Mr. Kyle Lam, who served since December 2014.
Mr Png, 36, is a graduate from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. He previously held the position of Manager Kyushu, and was based in Fukuoka. He has been with Singapore Airlines since March 2008 and has held positions in various departments such as Public Affairs and Network Revenue Management.
Commenting on his new position, Mr Png said: “Singapore Airlines will be celebrating our 30th year of operations in Bangladesh, thanks to strong support from our customers and business partners. We are planning a host of activities to celebrate this milestone. We firmly believe that the Bangladesh market has great growth potential, and we look forward to growing and developing our business here in this market.”
