About Facilitator
Mr. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed, Leadership Consultant; Telecom Expert; Founder & Managing Partner, BuildCon Consultancies Ltd. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of Robi Axiata Ltd. With a demonstrated history of working in the FMCG and telecommunications industry, he is extremely skilled in Strategy, Management, Risk Management, Business Development, Finance, and people management. A strong business development professional with an AMP focused on Executive Education from Harvard Business School. In his CEO role, he not only transformed Robi Axiata Ltd. but also played a pivotal role in changing the landscape of the telecommunication industry in Bangladesh.
Mr. Mahtab joined Robi Axiata as CFO in 2010, a position he held till 2014. Prior to joining Robi, he spent 17 years of his career with Unilever where he held business and finance leadership positions in various operating companies like Unilever Pakistan as a Commercial Manager and Finance Director in Unilever Arabia and Unilever Bangladesh Ltd.
