Asia Marketing Day 2020 is to be observed on May 27, 2020 (Saturday) by Asia Marketing Federation (AMF) and its member organizations from 17 countries, including Bangladesh, in Asia. The theme of this year is “Surviving the Corona Virus”.

The day calls for a double celebration as it coincides with the 89th birthday of Father of Modern Marketing Prof. Philip Kotler on the same day.

The celebration will gather together leading marketing experts in a one-day conference to share global insights about the marketing industry, with keynote speeches, real-life case studies, and interactive sessions with Q&As. Mr. Rohan Somawansa, President AMF will start the day with his opening remarks. Father of modern marketing Philip Kotler will address the participants of the conference. Harmawan Kartajaya, Founder of AMF will share the keynote on the theme of marketing day.

There will be three panel discussions based on regions – East Asia, ASEAN, & South Asia. The topic of East Asian panel is “The Consumer in the Age of Covid-19”, to be moderated by Prof. Kim Boo Jong from Marketers Society of Korea (MASOK).
