It is difficult to assess the actual size of the market for our segment because of its volatile and constantly changing target group. But in the segment of franchisee quick service, KFC is the highest shareholder with about 90% of the market size with approximately 35 SKUs.They cater to around 4.5 million customers per year and with 20% growth in sales and capacity building annually since the beginning of their operation started in Bangladesh.
KFC plans to grow, delivering all the way on their commitment to great taste and great service, with added value in the upcoming years. TFL plans to open 3 more restaurants within December 2015, bringing the finger licking good food to more and more people across Bangladesh. In Bangladesh they operate with KFC Restaurants only. But soon they hope to add the smaller version of KFC – KFC Express and also KFC Drive-Thru outlets for the convenience for the self-driven customers on the go.
