Analyzen Bangladesh recognizes the mental and physical turmoil women suffers during miscarriage. Moreover, during menstruation women experience several medical issues. Although these policies have been an unofficial practice at Analyzen Bangladesh for some time, they are now making them official and codifying them into their employee benefits package. They have also invited their industry partners to come forward with their inclusive practices to create an equitable ecosystem. By making this announcement on Women’s Day, they want to show their female employees that, the organization is committed to their well-being and that they value the important role women play in the organization.
